Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions set out the rules for using Best Crypto Casinos at poodlespring.com. We are an independent comparison site covering crypto casinos available to US players — we publish rankings, reviews and explainers about Bitcoin casinos and other cryptocurrency casino sites. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, issue bonuses or operate any gambling platform. By reading these pages, following our links or contacting us, you agree to what follows.
Last reviewed: September 23, 2026. We update this page when our commercial arrangements, editorial process or the information on the site changes materially.
What this site does, and what it cannot do for you
Everything here is general information published for adults who have already decided to look into crypto gambling sites. It is not legal advice, not tax advice and not financial advice. We cannot tell you whether playing at an offshore casino is lawful where you live, and nothing on this site should be read as saying it is.
- We describe operators, coins, bonuses and payout mechanics as accurately as we can at the time of writing.
- We do not control any casino's terms, availability, bonus offers, verification policy or payout behavior. Those can change without notice to us.
- We cannot intervene in a dispute between you and an operator. We are not a regulator, an ombudsman or an agent of any casino.
- If you need a ruling on your own situation, consult a qualified attorney or tax professional in your state.
Age limits and who may use the site
This site is for adults only. You must be at least 18 to use poodlespring.com, and at least 21 where the operator's own rules or your state's rules set that higher minimum. Some crypto casinos set 18 as their floor; others set 21. The applicable minimum is whichever is higher — the site's stated age or the one that applies where you are. We do not knowingly publish content aimed at, or attractive to, anyone under those ages, and we do not permit under-age users to sign up to operators through our links.
Affiliate relationships and how we are paid
Best Crypto Casinos earns money through affiliate commission. When you click through to a casino from one of our pages and register or deposit, the operator may pay us a fee. That is the whole of our commercial model on the ranked pages.
What this means in practice, stated plainly:
- Commission does not buy a ranking position, an editorial rating or a favorable write-up.
- Operators cannot review or approve our copy before publication, and cannot have criticism removed.
- Some brands we cover pay us nothing. Some brands that would pay us are not listed, because they did not meet our criteria.
- Commercial disclosure appears on every page that carries commercial links, not only here.
If you would rather not pass a referral, you can search for any operator directly. It costs you nothing either way — commission is paid by the casino, not added to your deposit.
Ratings, reviews and the limits of our research
Our scores are editorial judgments made by our team. They are not customer-review averages, not audited results and not a prediction of what will happen to your account. We research operators by reviewing published terms, licence information, bonus conditions, supported coins and public reporting. We do not claim to have deposited, wagered or withdrawn at every site we cover, and advertised withdrawal speeds are the operator's own claims unless we say otherwise.
Where a fact is uncertain — a licence that cannot be independently confirmed, a payout time that only the casino asserts, a bonus term that is vague — we say so rather than smoothing it over. Time-sensitive findings carry a date. Facts stated on this site may be out of date by the time you read them, so always read the operator's current terms before you deposit.
Bonus offers shown on this site
The offers rendered alongside our rankings are summaries of what the operator advertises. They are shorthand, not the contract. The operator's own bonus terms govern, and those terms always contain conditions that the headline does not.
Before accepting any promotion on the sites we list, check at minimum:
- The wagering or playthrough multiple, and whether it applies to the bonus alone or bonus plus deposit.
- Minimum qualifying deposit and any minimum confirmation requirement for on-chain funds.
- Expiry — how many days you have to clear the requirement before the bonus and winnings are voided.
- Game weighting: slots usually contribute 100%, while blackjack, roulette, baccarat and live dealer tables often contribute far less or nothing.
- Maximum bet size while a bonus is active, and maximum cashout caps on winnings.
- Country and state eligibility, and which payment methods are excluded.
Three examples of how that applies to the offers you will see here:
- BetPanda — 10% Weekly Cashback. It sits at the top of our list because a cashback structure has no playthrough drama in the way a deposit match does: the value is tied to net losses over a period rather than to clearing a multiple. The material conditions still matter — the qualifying period, how losses are calculated, any minimum payout threshold and whether the cashback itself carries a wagering condition before it can be withdrawn. The limitation is obvious and worth stating: cashback only pays out if you have lost money. It is a partial rebate on losses, never a route to profit.
- CoinPoker Casino — 150% Welcome Bonus up to $2,000. Listed for players who want a poker room and a casino under one crypto balance, which is a narrower proposition than a pure casino. The $2,000 figure is a ceiling that requires a large qualifying deposit to reach; most players will claim a fraction of it. Check the playthrough multiple, the release schedule if the bonus unlocks in increments, the expiry window and which game types count toward clearing. The drawback: a percentage match of that size normally comes with a wagering requirement that takes sustained play to clear, and funds tied up in a bonus are funds you cannot withdraw.
- Cryptorino — 100% Match Bonus up to 1 BTC plus 10% Weekly Cashback. Included because it pairs a match with an ongoing cashback, so value does not stop after the first deposit. A bonus denominated in BTC introduces a wrinkle US readers should understand: the dollar value of a 1 BTC cap moves with the market, and so does the dollar value of anything you hold in BTC while wagering. Confirm the wagering multiple, the expiry, the maximum bet while the bonus is live and the cashback qualifying period. The limitation: a 1 BTC ceiling is theoretical for almost everyone, and the crypto-denominated element adds price risk on top of gambling risk.
The same scrutiny applies to every other brand we list, including Punkz, Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill, BC Game, Wild.io and Vave. A rakeback or cashback percentage, a USDT-denominated welcome package or a free-spins count tells you nothing about the conditions attached to it.
| Offer type | Examples from our list | What the terms usually turn on |
|---|---|---|
| Cashback / rakeback | BetPanda, Winna, Thrill, Hyperlucky | Qualifying period, how net loss or rake is calculated, payout threshold, whether the rebate is withdrawable or must be wagered |
| Deposit match | CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino, BC Game, Wild.io | Playthrough multiple, maximum matched amount, expiry, game weighting, max bet while active |
| Stablecoin-denominated package | Punkz, Vave | Tier structure, minimum deposit per tier, eligible coins, cashout caps |
| Free spins | Hyperlucky, BC Game, Wild.io | Eligible slot titles, spin value, wagering on spin winnings, expiry |
Money, crypto and the risks you carry
All transactions happen between you and the operator. We never handle deposits, withdrawals or balances. Play on these sites is funded on-chain with Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Dogecoin and other altcoins, depending on the casino. USD is our reference currency for describing offers; it is not usually the currency you play in.
Three cost layers sit between your wallet and your balance, and none of them are ours to control:
- Network and gas fees. Paid to the blockchain, not the casino. Ethereum gas can be meaningful on a small deposit; LTC and DOGE are typically cheaper. Casinos may also apply their own withdrawal fee.
- Confirmation times. Deposits credit after a set number of confirmations, which varies by coin and by operator. "Instant withdrawal" claims describe the casino's internal approval, not blockchain settlement.
- Price volatility. If you hold BTC or ETH in a casino balance, its dollar value can fall while you play — you can lose money without placing a losing bet. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC exist to blunt this, though they carry issuer and de-peg risk of their own.
On-chain transactions are generally irreversible. A withdrawal sent to a wrong address, or to an address on the wrong network, is usually gone. Check the address and network every time, and use self-custody wallets you control rather than leaving funds where you cannot move them. Enable two-factor authentication on any casino account and on any exchange you use.
Gambling loses money for most people over time. Nothing on this site — not a high editorial rating, not a rakeback tier, not provably fair verification — changes that. Never stake money you need for anything else.
Games, fairness and what we can verify
The operators we cover typically offer slots, live dealer rooms, table games including blackjack, roulette and baccarat, and crypto-native originals such as crash, dice and plinko. Third-party slot and live content generally comes from established studios; in-house originals are usually the games that carry provably fair verification, where a seed pair lets you check a result after the fact.
Two honest caveats. Provably fair proves a specific round was not altered after the bet; it does not make a game a positive-value proposition, and the house edge stands regardless. RNG certification from an independent lab, where an operator holds it, covers the tested titles only. We report what an operator publishes about its testing and licensing; we do not certify games ourselves, and we do not warrant any operator's fairness claims. Our ranked reviews of crypto casinos for US players go into what each site publishes.
Sports betting and other product lines
Several brands on our list run more than a casino. Sportsbooks, esports markets and — in CoinPoker's case — a poker room sit alongside the slots and tables, usually on the same crypto balance. Vave's advertised package includes a free bet element, which is a sportsbook instrument, not a casino one.
Treat these as separate products with separate terms. Sportsbook bonuses have minimum odds requirements that casino bonuses do not. Poker rake and rakeback work differently from casino wagering contribution. Casino bonus funds usually cannot be wagered on sports, and vice versa. Our coverage is casino-led; where we mention an adjacent product, read that operator's terms for it directly.
Legal status, your state, and verification
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. The crypto casinos we cover are offshore operators, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan — and in some cases Malta — rather than by any US regulator. That is a legal grey area for US players, and we will not describe it as anything else.
A small number of states license online casino gaming, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island. Those state-licensed operators do not run on cryptocurrency. Other states are explicitly restrictive. Offshore sites self-restrict certain states, and the excluded list differs by operator and changes over time. It is your responsibility to check your own state's law and each operator's terms before registering. We make no representation that any site listed here is legal or available where you are.
Consequences follow from the offshore status. An offshore licence is not the consumer protection a state regulator provides. There is generally no US authority to appeal to over a withheld payout, a voided bonus or a closed account. Player-protection and self-exclusion tools may be weaker than, or absent compared with, what state-regulated operators must offer.
On verification: some crypto casinos advertise no-KYC or minimal-verification registration, but nearly all reserve the right to request identity documents — commonly at withdrawal, above certain limits, or where a security or AML flag is raised. Anonymity at signup is not a guarantee of anonymity at cashout. We do not publish advice on evading KYC, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks, on defeating state geoblocks, or on supplying false details. Using a VPN may breach an operator's terms and can lead to forfeited balances; that is between you and the operator, and we do not encourage it. Crypto is pseudonymous, not private, and no-KYC play is not a way to hide income or avoid tax.
US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and may also have reportable gains on crypto disposals. This is general information only — speak to a qualified tax professional about your own position.

Corrections, questions and complaints
If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it. Corrections to material facts are made promptly and, where the change matters, noted. You can reach the editorial team through our contact page, and you can read more about our process and who writes here on the about page. Complaints about an operator's conduct should go to the operator and, if unresolved, to the licensing body named in its terms — we can point you to what is published, but we have no authority over any casino.
Playing within limits
Gambling is entertainment with a cost, not a way to make money, cover bills or fix a financial problem. If it stops being enjoyable, or you find yourself betting more than you planned or trying to win back losses, step away and get support. The National Problem Gambling Helpline is free, confidential and available 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling page lists deposit limits, cool-offs, self-exclusion and other tools worth using — and remember that offshore crypto casinos may not offer the same player protections or self-exclusion options as state-regulated operators, so the safeguards you set yourself matter more here.
You must be 18 or over to use this site, or 21 where the operator or your state requires it. If you do not accept these terms, please stop using poodlespring.com.
